BPSC Mining and Geology Recruitment 2020: Vacancies for mineral development officer notified

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Mineral Development Officer (MDO) 2020. Aspirants can register online at bpsc.bih.nic.in from May 4 to 18. There are a total of 20 vacancies. After registration students will be issue BPSC admit card 2020 which will be used for BPSC 2020 written exam. official Advertisement is attached which has detailed syllabus.

Qualification

Candidates must have at least 2nd class, M.Sc. in Geology/ Applied Geology/ M.Tech. in Geology or a degree in Mining Engineering.

Age Limit:

General Male – 21 to 37 Years

General Female/BC/ OBC (Male/Female) - 21 to 42 years

SC / SC (Male/Female) - 21 to 40 years

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview. Only those who scored good class in the written examination will be called for interview. Final merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in written examination and interview.

How to apply for BPSC Recruitment 2020?

Step 1: Go to Official Site @ http://www.bpsc.bih.nic.in/

Step 2: In the official page. Click Advertisement for the post of for the post of Mineral Development Officer under Mines & Geology Dept., Govt. of Bihar. (Advt. No. 05/2020)

Step 3: It will direct to advertisement page and read it carefully

Step 4: Now do the registration and Make a Payment

Step 5: Registration Link will be activated on 02.05.2020 to 08.05.2020 on the official site.

The last date to submit online application fee is May 25. After completing the registration process, candidates can apply before June 2. The last date for submitting print-out of online application and other documents is June 10, 2020, till 5 pm.

Candidates have to clear a written exam followed by an interview for final selection.
